ADS Auto Part offers 3 to 6 Months Limited Warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from our website or authorized dealers. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

2. Warranty Period

• New Parts: 3 Months from the date of purchase.

• Remanufactured or Refurbished Parts: 3 Months from the date of purchase.

• Electrical Components: 30 Days from the date of purchase (limited coverage, see exclusions).

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper installation

• Misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications

• Parts used for racing, off-road use, or commercial applications

• Damage caused by external factors such as collisions, fire, theft, or natural disasters

• Labor costs, towing fees, or rental vehicle expenses

• Any incidental or consequential damages

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

6. Return & Replacement Policy

• The defective part must be returned in its original packaging (if possible) and include all accessories.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.

• Approved warranty claims will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the defective part.

7. Limitation of Liability

ADS Auto Part’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective part. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
